Acceptance of Terms

Order Placement & Confirmation

• To place an order on our platform, you must be of legal age to enter into a binding contract and provide accurate, complete information for all required fields (shipping address, billing address, contact information, payment details).
• When you submit an order, you are making a binding offer to purchase the selected product(s) at the listed price (in USD). We will send an order confirmation email to your provided email address within 24 business hours; this confirmation is not a guarantee of fulfillment, as orders are subject to product availability and payment verification.
• We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion—including orders with incorrect pricing, unavailable products, or suspicious payment activity. If your order is canceled, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund (if payment has already been processed) within 5-10 business days.

Product Pricing & Payment

• All product prices on our website are listed in United States Dollars (USD), and all transactions are processed in USD. Prices include all applicable discounts, and no hidden fees, surcharges, or handling costs are added at checkout (free shipping applies to all orders).
• We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as other secure payment methods displayed at checkout. All payments are processed through trusted third-party payment providers, and we do not store your full payment method details on our servers.
• Payment for your order is processed at the time of order placement, and your payment method will be charged for the full purchase price of the selected product(s).
• Product prices are subject to change without notice; we honor the price listed at the time of order placement for all confirmed orders.

Product Availability & Backorders

• All products listed on our website are subject to availability. If a product you ordered is out of stock or unavailable after order confirmation, we will notify you promptly and offer you the option of a full refund or a backorder (if applicable).
• Backordered products will be fulfilled as soon as inventory is restocked, and we will provide an estimated fulfillment date at the time of backorder. Our free shipping policy applies to backordered products, and we will send a tracking number once the product is shipped.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

• Order Modifications: We are unable to modify orders (e.g., add/remove products, change shipping address) after order confirmation, as fulfillment begins immediately within 1-3 business days. Please ensure all order details are accurate at the time of placement.
• Order Cancellations: You may request to cancel your order only if it has not yet been fulfilled. To cancel an order, contact our support team immediately with your order number. If your order is canceled before fulfillment, a full refund will be processed within 5-10 business days. We cannot cancel orders that have already been fulfilled or shipped.

Title & Risk of Loss

• Title to the products passes to you upon delivery of the products to the shipping partner at our fulfillment center.
• The risk of loss, damage, or theft of the products passes to you upon delivery of the products to your designated shipping address (or the first point of delivery for the shipping partner). We are not responsible for loss or damage to products after delivery is completed.
